Choral students and parents...are welcome to visit the website, as well, to obtain schedule information, directions, and other information, but are encouraged not to use the email links or phone numbers from this website to contact educators.

Students' names and photographs...that have received AVA honors will appear on this website only after specific written permission from parents/guardians has been obtained.

Contact information...for individuals on this website will be limited to the display of public information (school, school address, school phone, mailing address for AVA forms, and an alavocal.org email) for AVA Board members.

Contact information for students...that is gathered for AVA events will never be displayed on the website.

Links to educational websites... pertaining to vocal/choral/music pedagogy will be placed on the website with the AVA president's approval.
